At ZEITAUKTION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original ZEITAUKTION packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
